How do I print the customer satisfaction survey QR Code embedded poster, 4 by 6 card and the rear view mirror hanger?

Click on the Customer Satisfaction Survey link from the navigation menu on the left side of the Resource Center, after you have loged in. If you have not loged in, go to: http://valueaddedonline.com Step 2 Click on the link that says “QR Codes”. Step 3 1. Click on “Preview PDF” to see a pdf image. 2. To order printed material click on “Order this to Print”.
