How do I print the customer satisfaction survey QR Code for my location to use on printed material?

Click on the Account Details link from the navigation menu on the left side of the Resource Center, after you have loged in. If you have not loged in, go to: http://valueaddedonline.com Step 2 Scroll down, down, down... Step 3 1. Scroll down to where it says "Listed below are all the stores associated with your company". 2. Find the column labled QRCode. 3. Click on the link that says "QR Code" in the row with the chosen business name you want the QR code for. Step 4 You are able to download the QR Code for use on any material. To download the QR code image: 1. Right click on the QR Code image. 2. When a menu box appears, choose "Save picture as". 3. Chose a location on your computer and "save".
