Locate on your computer that has the data transfer app installed, the "Up Arrow" icon in the bottom right corner of your computer screen in the menu bar.

When the icons appear, LEFT mouse click on the icon that looks like this and choose “Open.”
Step 3
1. Click on the "Send Now" button to initiate the data transfer process.
2. Click on the “Hide” to move the window from your desk top.
Step 4
1. Input your account ID, the location of your SMS database and the name of your database.
2. When you are done click on the "save" button.
Step 5
Confirm your business information by clicking on the “Yes. button”.
