How do I Install SMS Data Transfer Applications?

Navigate to the login page by clicking on the following link or copying and pasting it into a browser window. http://valueaddedonline.com/Login.asp

Step 1.

Click on the Data Transfer Apps link from the navigation menu on the left side of the Resource Center, after you have loged in.

If you have not loged in, go to:

Step 2

Choose the transfer app that corresponds to the shop management system.


Step 3

Click the word “Download” to begin the download process.

Download process should take less than 2 minutes.

 

 


Step 4

Click the “Install” button to begin the installation. Wait for a few moments while the application begins.


Step 5

If you see this message click the downward pointing triangle and select “Keep”.


Step 6

Click the button that says “Run”.



Step 7

1. If you see a message box similar to this, click “Install”.

2. If the App does not automatically start, click on the Icon that was automatically created and put on your desktop. It should look similair to this.

This icon will launch the App.

Step 8.

To set up your data transfer app you need to click on the "Settings" button..

 

 

 

Step 9.

Use this information to fill the file path info and the name of the Database if required.

Step 10.

1. To input your account ID, you will need to copy the number located at the top of the chart on the "Data Transfer Apps" page.

Step 11.

1. Input your account ID, the location of your SMS database location and the name of your database.

2. When you are done click on the "save" button.


Step 12.

Click on the "Send Now" button and then the "Hide" button.
